Palm View Lodge

Palm View Lodge is a brand new lodge in Barra on the side of the big dune that faces the lagoon and the awesome sunset every day!! The lodge is about 500m down the road to the nearest beach at Andaca Lodge.  This is a new development and the first 2 houses are available to be rented out.  The houses are quality build and attention was given to the way things were done and installed.  Fully furnished these houses are going to be everything and more you as a guest will need to make your holiday a stay to remember.  The lay-out of the houses are as follow:

• 2 x Timber houses - Sleeps 8 in 3 Bdrms and the living area.  Main Bdrm with Dble bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and basin.  2nd Room with Dble bed and 3rd Bdrm with 2 x Single beds plus 2 x wooden sleeper couches in the living area.  These two rooms and sleeper couches share a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.  Full self catering kitchen when fully furnished.  (Detailed description of kitchen, and other furnishings to follow)

According to information from the owners the houses will have the following:

Fans in the bedrooms.

Bed linen and mosquito nets.

Houses will be serviced daily.

Municipal electricity.

Resort Facilities:

The resort is just 5 min walk up the Dune from Sunset Lodge Restaurant and Bar connected to a pool.

Dive Centers are just down the road at both Palm Grove Lodge (African Adventures) and just further on at Barra Lodge (PADI Dive Center).

24 Hr Security.

A Bore hole will supply drinkable water to the lodge.

The road up to the lodge was stabilized with coral sand and is therefore accessible with a normal car.
